recommended to prepare one for the 1876 Grand
Ball. Dance lessons are $5 per person. Please do not wear sandles to the dance lesson or to the ball. |

Since June of 1999, Mrs. Wald has been the 1876 Grand Ball Dance
Mistress. This
position requires organizing the dance program, teaching the dances of
the era,
aligning the Grand March participants, and calling the dances during
the three-hour
event. |
