Opening
The ball begins at 8:00 p.m. at the
Fairgrounds/Indoors Building and will include living history
presentations, and entertainment with dances, and music.
$5.00/observers.
Grand March
(immediately following Opening)
- Presentation of Guest
of Honor.
- The Grand March will be led by the chosen guest
of honor.

Observers
Observers are welcome and invited to attend. A
small fee of $5 will be charged in the viewing area. Starting at 8:00
p.m., observers will be introduced to a variety of customs and music
from the mid-1800's.
The spectators will be enthralled by the gracious
emcee and dance mistress as they entertain and educate. This is an
opportune time to take pictures of the beautiful and authentic
costumes. Come early and get a front row seat for the pre-ball
demonstrations and stay to view the Grand March where all
period-dressed participants honor the important guest of honor. Only
period-dressed participants will be allowed onto the dance floor.
